With our Brand team operating much like a creative agency, we wanted to be sure we attracted talent to match, aka, folks passionate about pushing pixels and creative boundaries.
Recruiters shared a link to this flippable eBook with prospective corporate employees during the initial round of the interview process. The goal: introduce the BCX team in a way that communicated to potential candidates that the mortgage industry can be anything but boring on our team. Content highlighted everything from our our brand approach to our day-to-day workflow to testimonials from current teammates.
